Daily Beauty Regime : The Right Way #1

Back again, ladies!

Don't think you've seen the last of me, yet.

I am already told myself not to break my promises. one of which; to write more! and I do say to myself that i will write about beauty regime. the one that actually works by real determination and truly researched by myself in and out. (And applied. hihihi)

The key to have such a healthy and flawless face was basically simple.

In this case, I root it down into 3 main thing that you should do at least once a day--preferably at night because that's the time when you want to 'shape' what kind of skin you want.

CLEANSE - TONE - MOISTURIZE

Cleanse

Tone

Moisturize

These are the three (the most) basic main thing you need to pay more attention. Because, I do believe many Indonesians are rather lazy to do their own skin care regime at most night. Most Indonesians still believe in the power of foundations that could create flawless white face. Well, guess what. IT JUST A MASK! Why would you wear a mask anywhere and everywhere in you face if you could actually achieve THE REAL healthy flawless skin?

The three main step that I mention above are just 'the VERY BASIC'. it means there are more to this. I wrote this post (still)  in the mind of lazy Indonesians (I'm sorry, girl!) so I could make you understand. If you succeed in doing this everyday--let say--3 months. then you can do the beauty regime #something (which I will do some time next week): The advance series regime.

Okay, for today's post. I will explain about the First step. Cleansing : The basic.

1. CLEANSE

Cleansing is a thoroughly important step. The initial step where you connected with your epidermis and the pores in your face. In this phase, make sure everything under control!

(Okay, why would I say things like this. this is not a horror movie?!)

First, YOUR (dirty) HANDS. 

Get those under control! Wash it, Soap it, Rinse it! make sure those little bacteria and all the germs go away. Rule #1, Don't ever touch you face with unclean hands. You might think this is a joke, but is not! Most Dirt on our face are not just from the pollution outside, but also the time when your hands touch your face. Our Hands are the HUB. our hands are all the tool that we gonna use to do all of this regime. You don't want to let your pores absorb the dirt, right?

Second, NEVER WASH RIGHT AFTER YOU HOME.

I do believe most Indonesian cities have differ temperature outside. But, never wash your face right after you home. Especially, when you get to home after all the sunburn. This thing is not good for your skin condition. We always need the right temp to touch the water. So, your skin doesn't feel irritated and the pores doesn't shocked from all the temperature changing.

Do you know what happen when your pores is shocked?

BIG PORES!! (btw, this is not me)

 Big pores and blemishes! big pores, happen because of the heat outside room temperature and have a sudden impact with drastic temperature decrease by splashing water--which I believe many Indonesian do. So, enough reason to not doing it, right?

So, what do we dooo?? *kids voice*

Wait for about 15 - 20 minutes inside room temperature before meet the water(slide), kiiidss! (uupps.. sorry. my inner motherhood speakin. hehe)

Third, THE CLEANSING PRODUCT

Because this is the basic cleansing method, I will only talk about 'the face wash' products. Most product out there available based on type of your skin. Choosing the right face wash is really tricky. You need years (in my case) to actually find the right one that suits to your problem. Just make sure never use the one that giving 'tight effect' on your face. It means the product were actually drying and suck up all of your essential oil in your face or it might too harsh on your skin.

So, choose your face wash wisely, Ladies! but, I really recommend the foam wash type.

NOW, INTO the Cleansing -->

I think I will only post a video (not by me. but, kind of do represent what I wanna say)

The video above are the first method. You could do it just like the video. or you can try another method which I usually do. I call it 'Up and Out'

'Up and Out' were basically refers to the motion of hand (and fingers) you use to cleanse your face. Simply lather your face wash into big foam in your hand. Then,  lather up your face, upward and outward your face. Don't forget to not stroke your face. Be gentle with your face!

Up and Out.

The picture above might help you imagine the right motion you'll need to wash your face. It is definitely not my face (in case you wondering) nor my drawing (I suck at it!). 

So, after that. rinse your face thoroughly. Just like the video.

You might be wondering "What's up with all that motion and stuff? it is so complicated!"

Let me explain. The motion 'Up and out' itself are merely connect with the blood circulation and the oil gland inside of your skin. This method not just dealing with cleaning, but also to stimulate the blood pressure and circulation, and tense muscle after your face dealing with all of the bullsh%t in the world. (Ummm.. I mean you know. stressful exausted day. sorry, my bad mouth(fingers)!!!) stimulate could be the word. But, "little Massage" might make you get what I mean.

Oh, right! also be gentle when you wipe the dropping water after you're finish with rinse up. Just simply dab it gently without dry it completely. You'll need those cleanse and half moisture face to the next step--which is--TONE that I will write in the next post!

Thinking About Girl's Beauty Demand

I quite realize I haven't really gotten myself into writing in this precious blog of mine for an entire decade (Well, not really). I feel guilty yet I really do have reasons. I was so busy doing my first 2 semester at my new college which is have been great so far. 

I am taking major in English which is does not explain why I trying to write this post in English. Yeah, I do have to say I was not really good at writing in English. But, I doin' fine with Listening and Conversation. 

I do get two A's for Listening which is kinda surprised me because I never get an A in my life as in my first encounter with college life was in an engineering school.

Anyway, I have developing a certain crush (not obssesion) on having a good skin. and it is amazing from what i have gain so far.

I have compiled and created my own personal DIY treatment for my skin which I probably will post in the next week. (please, do remind me if I forget this!)

Beauty demand has been crazed has been started thousands year ago, maybe since Cleopatra. but, it has come to my own personal thoughts that this rapid increasing demand for beauty in girls has come to its grand era.

 

well, we could thanks to mostly Asian cosmetics that has started their amazing beauty science breakthrough.

 

hell, why did I talk about this? it raised a question for myself for sure. I have never think about girl's make up and stuff, yet this last year has change my perseption about beauty.

 

I had started my own research about having healthy and flawless skin. and, thanks to my own dedication in changing my own way in looking "beauty" itself. I'd finally confident with the way my skin feels now.

 

I changed my beauty regime into 5 steps rather than the famously lazy steps from 'west' skin care regime.

 

So, I'd like to share all of my dedications in beauty into this blog and I hope I can finish all of the write.

Me : That is a fucking The Fucking Beatles's song you rat fucking idiot shit Face!! Don't You dare mess with them and go back to your korean shit.

And That was the story of how I Lost my friend over a Beatle's Song.

Goodbye 2013, Welcome 2014!

Alhamdulillah gak berasa aku berhasil melewati tahun 2013 dengan baik. Wuuuff... banyak banget kejadian yang gak pernah aku bayangin bakal terjadi dalam hidup aku di tahun ini. Banyak yang benci angka 13, sehingga banyak yang takut menjalani apapun di tahun 2013 ini. Tapi, nyata fine2 aja tuh. Mungkin buat aku emang rada sial sih. Banyak aja kejadian yang bener2 merubah arah hidup aku. Mulai dari pindah kuliah, kudu beradaptasi di lingkungan baru lagi (aaaanndd.... it turns out goes pretty well. I'm so excited with my new place) everything that i've never been thinkin of was lead me... well, to something that i ever dreamed a dream about. Learn English and writing!!

Gak nyangka juga kalo bahasa Inggris nantinya bakal jadi hal yang menarik perhatian aku. Soalnya kalo ingat jaman kecil pertama kali kenal dengan bahasa Inggris itu ya lucu juga, sih!

Gimana enggak, jaman SD  belum ada namanya mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Baru jaman gue kelas 4 SD aja baru ada. Sekarang playgroup aja udah di wajibin kali di Indonesia saking perkembangan internasional dan Globalisasi.

Aniwei, ceritanya pertama kenal bahasa ini tuh pas itu gue kelas 2 mau kelas 3 SD, terus liburan semester. Jaman gitu hidup gue masih di kuasain nenek sihir a.k.a emakku. And my life is full throttle, banyaaaaaaakkk banget di kasih les. Mulai renang, vokal, main organ, sempoa, tari tradisional, dan di tambahlah les bejibun dalam seminggu itu dengan LES BAHASA INGGRIS. Yep, capslock gue mulai jebol. Just wanna emphasize on that words a lil' bit to get u the picture of the horror of it.

Why i say Horror? Well, that was exactly how I felt about it during those times. Bahasa Inggris buat aku dulu adalah bahasa yang gak penting. Wong kite tinggal di Indonesia kok di suruh2 belajar bahasa penjajah. Gitu pikirku. (You can tell how AROGANT i was on those time of my life)
Jadi pas hari pertama les, jadilah aku berusaha kabur pas di antar emak ke kelas les. And guess what. Terjadilah tarik menarik antara aku dan emak. Lucu banget kalo di inget ^_^ anak kecil banget deh dulu (emang masih kecil kok. Anak kecil terperangkap dalam tubuh besar  tapi)

Oiya, I also want to welcoming 2 series that i currently crazy about!  Sherlock series 3 is just start and almost finish by the time i write this (2 episode had been aired. One more to go) T!T yeaaah.. it's crazy how the two previous series and last 2 new episode had plays with my feels these years.

And the 2nd iiiiissss... Doctor Who. This one is the longest sci fi tv series ever run.. and it's been bloody awesome so far. Belum pernah nonton yang classic doctor series sih. Tapi, lewat beberapa clip aja aku udah suka banget ama 3rd and 4th doctor. Jon Pertwee and Tom baker era is looks amazing! Love them so much.

And with the new doctor, i dunno maan.... i really freaking love him! Padahal baru di di layar kurang lebih 30 detik kali total. Tapi, holyshit i have a really good felling about Peter Capaldi's Doctor. Those eyebrow, maaan.. he's older that matt smith but he had this doctorish charisma that i only see in classic doctors. No effence to david tennant and matt smith era. But, to be honest i don't really fond of their doctor's. David is damn good actor, but he's not a really good doctor for me, as well as matt smith's. (I'm sorry guys. It just my opinion.) I can't really make them grows inside of me. But, Capaldi! Damn.. he's just have that doctorish face and his performance in 50th anniversary and christmas special was already craving in my heart.

And, today! His first photo filming series 8 just release and he's looking hella fine! I'm so excited... ^_^

So, hereby I officially welcoming new year, new me, and Peter Capaldi!
Hope this year will be great, and god, thanks for everything you have given me all of my life.
